So I have done some funny things for missions in my life and last Saturday I was willing to put on a crazy hat for a few minutes to support missions around the world. This hat was made by a Nigerian rancher as he herded his cattle.

I actually posted this picture as a current picture that shows me at 94 pounds lost I realizes when I looked at this picture what a difference there is from a year ago

 

I have dropped 10 pant sizes and gone from a 3XLto a XL it is a great feeling I still have a ways to go but I have done something I never thought I could do.
